What we refer to as a bonus or promotion may include free spins, any type of bonus, as well as any amount credited directly to your player account when a deposit is made.
Additional offers or special promotions may be offered and will be available on our promotions page. Where no additional conditions are specified, the standard terms and conditions for our bonuses will apply.
1. How cash and bonus balances work
1.1 When making a deposit, the deposited amount is placed into a "cash balance" and any associated bonus amount is placed into a "bonus balance".
1.2 The cash balance may at any time be the subject of a withdrawal request in accordance with the general withdrawal conditions (see 4. Withdrawals in the General Terms and Conditions of Use).
1.3 When a player has an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.4 Bonuses and associated winnings are withdrawable once the bonus wagering requirements have been met. Progress towards the bonus wagering requirements is visible in the “Balances” tab of your cashier.
2. Bonus wagering requirements
2.1 By default, the wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
2.2 Only bets placed using the bonus balance count towards the wagering requirements for that bonus.
2.3 When the player fully meets the wagering requirements of the bonus, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to the cash balance.
2.4 If the player requests a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements, the active bonus and any pending free spins will be automatically cancelled.
2.5 Each game type contributes differently to the wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100%, video poker contributes 20%, table games and live games contribute 5%. Other games do not contribute to the wagering requirements.
2.6 The maximum time to fulfil the wagering requirements is 30 days. After this period, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
2.7 When a bet uses both cash and bonus balances, it is considered a “mixed bet”. In this case, all winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
2.8 The maximum allowed bet when using a bonus is 10 INR per game round. If the player places a bet higher than this amount, the bonus and winnings will be voided.
3. Free spins
3.1 Winnings from free spins are credited directly to the cash balance with no wagering requirements.
3.2 The withdrawal limit for winnings generated from free spins is 300 INR.
3.3 Free spins are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
3.4 Deposits related to free spins can only be withdrawn provided they have been wagered at least one (1) time on slot machine games.
3.5 Any withdrawal request cancels the free spins present on the account and not activated by the player at the time of said withdrawal.
4. Jackpots
4.1 All jackpot amounts displayed on the site are for information purposes only. The amount of each jackpot is shown in the game window provided for that purpose once the game is launched.
4.2 When a jackpot is won, it is immediately reset on the site’s server. This happens in real time; however, it is possible that the display cannot be reset until after a short time. Regardless of the amount of the jackpot displayed in the game, the jackpot amount on the server at the moment of the win is the reward that will be awarded.
4.3 Any progressive jackpot payment greater than or equal to 50,000 INR may require an additional 14 days of processing.
5. General bonus rules
5.1 By participating in promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus(es) offered by Betstarexch, the player declares acceptance of the terms and conditions related to the offer or bonus automatically, as well as the general terms and conditions of promotions/bonuses that are listed on this page.
5.2 A player may receive a maximum of one (1) bonus per promotional offer unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of one of our promotions.
5.3 Bonuses and promotional offers are not cumulative (unless otherwise stated) and can only be granted once per person, per household, per residential address or per IP address.
5.4 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required to qualify for a bonus is 10 INR.
5.5 If a player is eligible to receive a bonus, the time limit to claim it is 24 hours. This period is 30 days for the welcome bonus only.
5.6 In the case of free bonuses obtained outside any promotion, the maximum permitted withdrawal is 20 times the amount of the bonus.
5.7 The maximum withdrawal amount following receipt of a no-deposit sign-up bonus is limited to 100 INR.
5.8 We reserve the right to cancel any bonus as well as the winnings related thereto in the event of fraud or if the player has placed bets with almost zero risk solely for the purpose of meeting the bonus wagering requirements.
5.9 Any winnings related to an illegitimate bonus may result in cancellation of the bonus or the winnings related thereto.
5.10 Any manipulation of play such as using the Martingale practice, the Paroli Betting System or Bonus Hunting (non-exhaustive list) is not permitted and may result in cancellation of related winnings.
5.11 These practices may also lead to suspension of the account and/or of any promotional offer for the player.
5.12 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In that case, they must contact customer support before placing any bet and/or starting to play, in order to remove the current bonus and to disable receiving and displaying any future bonus.
5.13 Players from the following countries are not eligible for our promotions: Finland, Sweden, Norway, South America and Central America (non-exhaustive list).
5.14 Betstarexch also reserves the right to modify, add or remove any information related to bonuses and promotions as well as the terms and conditions. In case of modification, the date of the last update will be indicated at the bottom of these terms and conditions.
5.15 We invite you to regularly check the bonus terms and conditions to see if they have recently been modified or updated.
5.16 The bonuses offered by Betstarexch are intended only for players seeking entertainment. Abuse of bonuses or our promotions is not permitted.
5.17 In case of abuse, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or block any player account, as well as to cancel/revoke any ongoing gaming activity and to refund the initial deposit.
5.18 Betstarexch reserves the right to prohibit a player from receiving our promotions at any time, for a defined or undefined period, at management’s discretion.
5.19 In case of dispute, the decision made by Betstarexch management prevails and is final.
